The Order Fulfilment team’s mission is to ensure the transparency and reliability of the order book, to optimize stock availability, to ensure effective allocation within agreed timelines and parameters, and to manage planning from a logistics perspective so that the order book is delivered in full and on-time.
Job Responsibility:
Develop team members operational and technical capabilities
Maintain and execute the order book according to the customer’s expectations
Oversee stock availability and order fulfillment for daily business operations
Monitor order book accuracy and cleansing
Coordinate requirement collection and set up system rules for all Value Added Services
Track and prioritize seasonal orders
Establish and track Hard Launch processes
Optimize demand-supply dynamics and financial-inventory targets
Oversee inventory activities such as virtual stock transfers and physical inventory movements in SAP
Manage stock category movement
Monitor and manage QI/blocked stock status and value
Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on the budget achievement discussion
Ensure the integrity and transparency of the orderbook
Maintain and update outbound lead times and calendar quarterly
Allocate stock to orders using SAP and other control systems
Collaborate with channels to manage DN creation and execution
Responsible for local COTA/OTIF reporting
Produce order book-related reports
Produce operational reporting
Participate in SAP workshops/upgrades and go-lives
Identify critical supply chain constraints and determine actions
Participate in cross-functional S&OP meetings
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent education required
Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in Supply Chain Management
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing people
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint
SAP Knowledge
Power BI
Motivating and leading a complex team
Excellent knowledge of overall supply chain mechanics
Excellent understanding of the flow of goods from sourcing to customer
Analytical and process thinking
Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
