Job Responsibility

  • New Business & Partnerships Manager to identify, execute and manage business growth opportunities, through new revenue streams, innovative commercial partnerships and strategic alliances
  • Combination of research, relationship-building and strategic thinking to identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities and partnerships that drive revenue and potential market expansion, enriching Vodafone propositions and sales channels offerings
  • Analytical & financial skills to conduct assessments of business opportunities, evaluating the financial viability & strategic fit for Vodafone (trends, financial statements & other relevant data)
  • Commercial & negotiation experience to build and manage relationships with partners and senior’s stakeholders, leading commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with long-term goals
  • Integrate & develop the opportunities in Vodafone portfolio and sales channels
  • Evaluate potential strategic investments including M&A opportunities
  • Identify and approve new business and partnerships opportunities development
  • Negotiate, stablish and manage the new business and partnerships identified
  • Implement and integrate the new business and partnerships in the Vodafone offer portfolio, ensuring the right integration within the sales channels
  • Create compelling business proposals, pitch decks, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Track and report on KPIs related to new revenue generation, partner performance, and customer acquisition

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in business development and/or partnerships
  • Telecommunications Business knowledge & experience
  • Understanding of telecom business models and Familiarity with other industry regulations
  • Experience in consultant (and M&A) will be valued
  • Self-starter with high energy, drive, and a growth mindset with ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Analytical and financial knowledge
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management
  • Solid experience in conduct relevant transformation projects with different areas and stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
