As the Manager, Network Platforms, you’ll oversee the delivery, performance, and evolution of the digital systems and back-end integrations that support Northpower’s Electricity Network. This includes customer care, asset management, geospatial, engineering delivery and commercial systems. You’ll lead a team of specialists, ensuring our platforms are secure and reliable, and create a collaborative, agile culture focused on meeting the needs of our internal customers. You’ll work closely with leaders across the Electricity Network and Digital teams, shaping technology roadmaps, improving service delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that strengthen our digital capability. You’ll also partner with external vendors, industry contractors, and the wider digital community to ensure Northpower’s platforms remain future‑fit, resilient, and aligned with best practice.

Requirements:
Happy to work from our Whangarei office
Qualifications in information systems or related field (preferred)
10+ years’ experience in digital and operational ICT roles
Experience leading complex programmes across multiple methodologies
Strong team leadership and people management experience
Well‑developed change management capability
Proven decision‑making and ability to coordinate and integrate change
Experience managing business initiatives with measurable outcomes
