Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the forecasting of Oak Street Health’s managed care patient growth in partnership with regional field leadership
  • Drive analytic insights and operational recommendations regarding engaged patient flow through to financial membership
  • Support development of Oak Street Health’s Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) membership growth and retention strategy
  • Partner with Oak Street Health’s Finance team to forecast and report on membership outcomes and conduct reconciliation of health plan membership financials
  • Collaborate with Oak Street Health Growth and Engagement teams to operationalize outbound patient engagement and retention efforts
  • Develop materials and lead discussions with internal organizational leaders
  • Advise leadership on patient engagement and retention strategies
  • Manage, coach, and develop two team members
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or other comparable experience
  • Excited leader who wants to mentor & coach junior-level associates
  • Very strong analytical skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems
  • Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious and excited to influence leaders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with eagerness to interface with internal organizational leaders
  • Desire to collaborate across multiple teams to create a positive impact beyond their immediate scope
  • Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and/or value-based care
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
  • Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment
  • Someone who embodies being "Oaky"
  • Someone who demonstrates a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
  • US work authorization

Nice to have:

  • Previous strategic planning and operations experience
  • Proficiency in business analytics software (e.g., Alteryx) and SQL
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales/patient engagement tools
