Job Responsibility:
Lead the forecasting of Oak Street Health’s managed care patient growth in partnership with regional field leadership
Drive analytic insights and operational recommendations regarding engaged patient flow through to financial membership
Support development of Oak Street Health’s Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) membership growth and retention strategy
Partner with Oak Street Health’s Finance team to forecast and report on membership outcomes and conduct reconciliation of health plan membership financials
Collaborate with Oak Street Health Growth and Engagement teams to operationalize outbound patient engagement and retention efforts
Develop materials and lead discussions with internal organizational leaders
Advise leadership on patient engagement and retention strategies
Manage, coach, and develop two team members

Requirements:
4+ years of experience at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or other comparable experience
Excited leader who wants to mentor & coach junior-level associates
Very strong analytical skills, with demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems
Strategic thinker who is intellectually curious and excited to influence leaders
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with eagerness to interface with internal organizational leaders
Desire to collaborate across multiple teams to create a positive impact beyond their immediate scope
Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and/or value-based care
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides
Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment

US work authorization
Nice to have:
Previous strategic planning and operations experience
Proficiency in business analytics software (e.g., Alteryx) and SQL
