CLEAR is seeking a data-driven Manager, Member Growth to help continue to build the future of CLEAR membership strategy covering acquisition through long-term retention. This role combines analytical rigor and operational execution to unlock growth, understand our members, and deliver measurable impact across CLEAR’s Membership base.
Job Responsibility:
Continuously build the reporting capabilities around usage and retention to help stakeholders and leaders understand retention
Segment and assess key member cohorts using quantitative and qualitative insights to improve conversion, usage, and retention across these segments
Test and pilot new growth and retention strategies across segments including pricing and plan structure, balancing speed and rigor
Dive into the data on the behavior of CLEAR’s Members, helping us understand how to improve performance with a data-driven approach that scales
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Strategy, Growth, or Business Operations, ideally within consumer tech, travel, financial services, or subscription businesses
Deep analytical fluency
able to structure complex problems, analyze data, and drive insight-based decision-making
Proven track record of turning strategy into execution with measurable business impact
Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making decisions with incomplete data, and iterating as needed
