Working in the dynamic environment of Four Seasons global headquarters, the Media Manager will be an integral member of the world-class team that drives the strategic media vision for the growing lines of business within Four Seasons. Reporting to the Four Seasons Paid COE the Media Manager will be part of a team that leads the development and implementation of global brand media plans, innovation, and optimizations across Masterbrand efforts while accelerating the enterprise strategy and single view of guest framework. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading overall SEO executing, managing, and organizing media operations for various annual campaigns, connecting media to respective business and unified guest objectives. As part of this role, the successful candidate will manage stakeholders such as but not limited to digital media agency, internal cross functional marketing/commercial capabilities, analytics, and external partners/platform stakeholders. Channels to be managed include but not limited to, search (including SEO), social, display and video – executing a multi-channel integrated strategy and analysis. They will oversee media guidelines, content strategy, integrated media connections - yielding consistency across investment to guest priorities. They will demonstrate deep subject matter expertise for Global media with a preferred knowledge of US market data, tech & platform capabilities; Global media landscape understanding a plus.
Job Responsibility:
Develop channel prioritization to create media recommendations to drive innovation for Global Masterbrand media and Global cross regional executions, building brand equity, preference and qualified traffic
Responsible for building content strategy relative to Four Seasons enterprise across media objectives
Manage Affiliate and OTA (Expedia) channel and strategy to achieve any digital revenue and referral traffic objectives
Outline Global SEO channel strategy and execution
Develop enterprise, interconnected media strategies for Four Seasons marketing objectives and brand positioning
Support framework development respective to the guest journey (SVOG) to establish how media engages guests across all business units
Support development of media approach by delivering partner/platform ideas and innovation opportunities for Four Seasons
Manage communication between owned & earned team to integrate ideas & channel activations across communication vehicles
Manage Global JBP partners across Meta, Snap and TikTok
Support and manage enterprise social strategy
Outline AI enablement across media, AIOs and operationalization
Work with key partners to focus on audience & data strategy to achieve consumer/guest goals
Innovate 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party strategies to build into each media plan
Consult with cross functional marketing partners on segmentation to create, actively manage, and optimize across media partners
Experience analyzing multiple sources of revenue data across Adobe Analytics, Search and Social platforms
Support building audience framework to guest strategy for Four Seasons enterprise
Lead invoice & actualization management with agencies and Four Season finance with media planner
Manage corporate scorecard metrics and measure performance tied to key commercial COE KPIs
Lead Brand Compass paid media updates with internal marketing stakeholders for Masterbrand and Cross Regional efforts
Manage agency partner to deliver on KPIs and build integrated partnership with stakeholders
Responsible for campaign trafficking in line with agencies & creative production for Masterbrand and Cross Regional executions
Manage the paid digital and social instances to set up campaign deployment with agency partners
Develop media plan governance and change management across all internal & external touchpoints
Lead SEO marketing strategy and implementation for Global Enterprise including partner management and SEO Tools
Partner with data/analytics team to track and measure results and provide analysis on the effectiveness of campaigns, focused on Masterbrand and Global Cross Regional executions
Analyze and interpret trends to create opportunities for new testing
Create insights to paid media results and lead wrap up reports to enhance paid media activations
Track and manage SEO revenue performance against forecast for Four Seasons and assist in future year forecasts for respective channels
Requirements:
College or University degree, preferably in a business or marketing/media communications program. MBA an asset
5+ years of progressive experience in an agency or client setting. Preferable experience in campaign management with a background in driving integrated media connection points into brand/consumer goals
Experience with media agency management
Expertise with integrated media strategy and activations
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to clearly communicate findings and solutions
A deep passion and understanding of the consumer touch points, innovations, and data/performance measurement trends
A proven track record of creating and executing Global Media plans that answer KPIs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
Lead key media operations including budget management, stewardship of media buys, proof of performance and budget actualization
Strong computer skills in a PC and Mac environment including: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft Excel Pivot tables/VLookups
Adept at learning new applications
Highly results oriented with experience increasing top line revenue, brand moving ideas that build into long term ROI
Media agency experience
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA/GA4), Meta Business Manager, SA360 is a plus
Experience in a client service role or in a marketing communications function
Experience managing the strategy and articulation of media across internal & external stakeholders
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required to support a diverse team of employees, consultants, and agencies
Ability to deliver key results in an environment with multiple tasks and time constraints
