Job Description – Study of the project and its feasibility through the various inputs received from the project management team. Study of the machines and designing new / modify existing concepts as per the customer requirements. Designing the machine considering various aspects of manufacturability, serviceability, compatibility, feasibility etc. Proper documentation of the entire process - ECN Development of the complete prototype and its trouble shooting

  • SAP working (BOM upload, ECN)
  • Should be proficient with 3D design software like SolidWorks, NX etc.
  • 8+ years in designing and costing in a machine manufacturing company
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, casting)
  • Understanding of material selection (MS, SS, Plastics) and heat treatment processes
  • Education: B.Tech. Mechanical

Nice to have:

CAE Simulation experience will be preferred
