Key player in driving our vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry. Lead operational activity and drive performance at assigned T2's. Support material development & product commercialization efforts to ensure adidas objectives are met. Develop, coach and grow reporting team members.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for T2 operations and supplier performance across development, commercialization, & production stages at assigned T2's
  • Monitor supplier performance, identify potential risks & coordinate mitigation efforts, initiating improvement plans as needed
  • Implement processes & policies at assigned T2's

  • Ensure company quality standards are effectively implemented and promote best practice sharing
  • Ensure accurate, high quality and timely execution of prototype sample and bulk order fulfilment

  • Drive cross-functional, supply chain-oriented initiatives as directed by leadership
  • Demonstrate partnership by regularly soliciting feedback from T2's

Requirements:

  • University degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology or Business Management is preferred
  • Minimum 3~5 years work experience, related industry is preferred
  • Experience in soft goods Development and Production is an advantage
