Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant areas
3-5 years of relevant working experience in eCommerce, Marketplaces or Digital Industry
Knowledge of standard Retail / eCOM processes (Merchandising, Fulfilment, Product onboarding, Customer Service, etc.) and KPIs
Ability to translate business requirements to technical requests
Strong analytical skills – working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is beneficial
Ability to gather data and create meaningful analysis or reporting
Provide clear and relevant business requirements to BI analysts to create new / improve existing tools
Commercial mindset and ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
Fluent in English
Fluency in German or another European language is a plus
