The Manager Marketing Events in Europe owns the regional event strategy, and execution across sports and Lifestyle categories in Europe. The role is accountable for translating global event strategy into regional events, setting standards, allocating budgets, and steering impact with consumer events within the full consumer funnel.
Job Responsibility:
Own the regional event strategy and annual event roadmap across categories (Football, Running, Training, Sport style etc.)
Act as a primary regional counterpart to Global Brand & Event teams and cluster/area marketing managers (local language)
Collaborate with Category teams, Influencer, social media and Media Planning teams to ensure events are fully integrated into full funnel consumer journeys
Activate Assets (Athletes, Clubs, Federations, Influencers, Celebrities etc.) in collaboration with Sports Marketing and areas/clusters and social media/Influencer teams
Own and allocate the regional event budget and agency ecosystem
Define KPIs, ROI frameworks, and performance governance
