Job Responsibility

  • Strategize, develop and implement the marketing plans of the Air Care for ASEAN
  • Collaborate with sales and customer marketing team in analyzing and providing inputs on domestic and regional market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the assigned brands
  • Ensure timely execution excellence in planned activities as agreed to achieve overall assign business targets and when necessary, adapt plans to improve the sales and market share performance
  • Work with respective media agencies to drive implementation of media strategy effectively and appropriately for the target audience
  • Work with global and local creative agencies to create best-in-class creative for the media to cart plans
  • Independently manage global and regional projects to be executed domestic, regionally
  • Develop and execute by-country product innovation plans
  • Deliver the profit, market share, margin and revenue objectives for the assigned categories and countries
  • Lead and active participation in the S&OP process (Step 1 & Step 2) to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Quickly develop into a successor for the ASEAN Pest Control Marketing Director or ASEAN Customer Marketing Director

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of brand management experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
  • Proven track record in transforming and driving high impact product launches
  • Experienced people manager
  • Required travel to markets in the regions when necessary
  • Permanent
  • No relocation eligibility
