Job Description:

The Business Marketing Group (BMG) connects businesses with their customers across Meta platforms—including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Messenger—to help them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, messaging, commerce, and more. Within BMG, the Global Marketing Delivery team builds and launches growth marketing campaigns, driving AI-led marketing automation and audience strategy. As we evolve toward an AI-first operating model, we are seeking an experienced leader to reimagine how Business Marketing Audiences and Analytics works at scale. This leader will own the vision and execution for transforming how growth marketing campaign targeting and analysis evolve with AI, while delivering on core KPIs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and own the long-term strategy for AI-driven growth analytics, and audience management, building organizational alignment around it
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing analysts and operations specialists, raising the bar on technical rigor, execution quality, and team capability
  • Evolve how audiences are built, experiments are run, and performance is measured through automation, AI tools, and agentic workflows
  • Identify and build reusable, scalable capabilities for audience targeting, experimentation, and measurement, reducing manual overhead
  • Pilot, deploy, and scale AI-native workflows that materially reduce operational overhead and increase experiment throughput
  • Define governance and risk frameworks for AI systems, including autonomy boundaries, approval flows, audit trails, and measurement integrity safeguards
  • Inform build vs. buy decisions for AI and automation tooling, balancing capability, speed, privacy, and operational fit
  • Establish quality standards and measurement frameworks for AI-driven execution, such as velocity, output quality, adoption, and downstream business impact
  • Partner with leaders and practitioners across engineering, data, and marketing to build the infrastructure and interfaces needed to make automation reliable and production-ready
  • Represent Ops & Analytics perspectives in broader AI platform and infrastructure discussions across Meta
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Directors and VPs on AI adoption in growth and marketing
  • Drive innovation in audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization using advanced analytics and AI
  • Ensure compliance with privacy, data protection, and ethical standards in audience and campaign management
  • Foster experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in experimentation, audience targeting, and performance measurement
  • Hands-on experience applying AI or automation to real operational problems in production
  • Proven track record scaling operational processes and driving organizational change in ambiguous, cross-functional environments
  • Clear, direct executive communication
