Requirements:

5+ years of experience managing enterprise MFT platforms (e.g., IBM Sterling Suite, Axway -Secure Transport, Cloud-based etc.)
Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, etc.)
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting MFT workflows and integrations
Experience with automation, scripting (e.g., Shell, Python), and monitoring tools (APPD, FileGPS, Splunk Sentinel, etc.)
Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident/change management processes
Experience leading technical teams or managing vendor relationships
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a 24/7 production environment

Nice to have:

Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL, MFT vendor certifications)
Project management or Agile/Scrum certification
Experience with cloud-based file transfer and integration (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob, GCP & hybrid environments)
Familiarity with ITSM tools for ticketing and reporting (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOX)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
