A strong working knowledge of LD and behaviour that challenges or in supporting young people living with learning disabilities or neurodiversity
A minimum of 2 years experience of working within a Children's Residential Home within the last 5 years
At least 1 years experience within a Supervisory or Leadership role within a Children's Home setting
A minimum Level 3 Residential Child Care Diploma, with a willingness to work towards obtaining a Level 5 Diploma if not already in place
