We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead and elevate our recruitment delivery across Latin America, with a primary focus on Brazil and Argentina, and planned expansion into Colombia. In this high-impact, matrixed role, you will bridge the gap between global strategy and regional execution. Reporting jointly to the Global VP of TA Center of Excellence (COE) and the in-region HR Leader, you will ensure that our LATAM recruiting and onboarding strategies align seamlessly with global standards while respecting local market nuances. You will be directly responsible for the governance and performance of our regional Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, driving operational excellence to improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and the overall stakeholder experience.
Job Responsibility
Adapt and implement global TA COE frameworks, employer branding initiatives, and onboarding strategies to fit the cultural and legal landscapes of Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia
Act as the primary TA trusted advisor to regional business leaders and HR business partners, aligning talent acquisition efforts with regional growth plans and to establish a continuous interface with the Communications and Institutional Relations departments
Lead the TA readiness and implementation strategy for hiring demand fluctuations in the Mining Industry and stay focused on continuous interaction with the talent market, identifying critical skills and define the best talent supply strategy
Serve as the primary point of accountability for the regional RPO team, ensuring they meet and exceed established SLAs and KPIs
Partner with the RPO leadership to optimize recruiter capability, capacity, and resource allocation across different countries
Audit RPO workflows regularly to eliminate bottlenecks, ensuring a streamlined recruiting lifecycle from intake meeting to day-one onboarding
Track, analyze, and report on regional TA metrics (e.g., Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Diversity metrics) for both regional and global leadership
Requirements
Strong understanding of global labor markets, employment laws, and diversity and inclusion practices
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the mining industry or other related sectors
Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software, as well as social media and professional networks for recruitment
Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages being highly advantageous
Ability to multi-task and work, at times under pressure with tight timeframes
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
