Global Technology Solutions (GTS) at ResMed is a division dedicated to creating innovative, scalable, and secure platforms and services for patients, providers, and people across ResMed. The primary goal of GTS is to accelerate well-being and growth by transforming the core, enabling patient, people, and partner outcomes, and building future-ready operations. The strategy of GTS focuses on aligning goals and promoting collaboration across all organizational areas. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Manager, IT Applications to lead the design, implementation, and lifecycle management of enterprise applications supporting GTS. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes within technical services, combined with hands-on experience in applications such as Oracle and Salesforce. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with leadership skills to mentor a global team and ensures reliable, innovative solutions that meet business needs.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee application lifecycle management, including upgrades, patches, and vendor relationships to optimize performance and cost
Develop and execute technology roadmap for Global Technical Services in alignment with business strategies
Partner with global business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global team of application analysts, solution architect and delivery managers
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of applications supporting global service delivery
Drive system enhancements, integrations, and automation to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
Lead the successful delivery of projects across regions — from requirements gathering and design through deployment and support
Manage project portfolios, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and business-relevant manner
Coordinate across GTS, business functions, and regional teams to ensure alignment and adoption of global solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in IT applications
at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
Technical expertise in Oracle (ERP / EBS / Cloud) and Salesforce CRM ecosystems
Experience supporting technical services or manufacturing industry
Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) and data governance best practices
Strong understanding of ITIL and enterprise change management processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated success managing global teams and large-scale technology projects
