Job Description:

The ISD Manager oversees daily operations, project routing, ServiceNow governance, and team alignment across Lawson and other IS systems. This individual ensures escalations are handled properly, maintains communication with customers, and leads recurring processes such as 1099 processing, fiscal year updates, and monthly reviews. They serve as the operational backbone to support both legacy systems and new Oracle project work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead weekly team meetings, remove roadblocks, and manage escalations
  • Oversee ServiceNow ticket routing, approvals, and change controls
  • Maintain project roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional tasks
  • Manage communications with customers (Finance, SCM, HR)
  • Support routine cycles: 1099 year-end processing, Fiscal year updates, Strata year-end processing, NDQI reporting
  • Review Lawson COBOL program moves and support related tasks
  • Monitor operational email queues for issues and routing
  • Provide leadership and structure for team operations
  • Ensure alignment between legacy Lawson work and Oracle transition efforts

Requirements:

  • Prior management or team lead experience
  • Familiarity with Lawson apps a plus
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows
  • Ability to manage escalations and communicate with executive stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
