Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manager, Integration Platform to lead our team at Circle K. This role is crucial for managing the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise-wide integration platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems, both on-premise and in the cloud, are seamlessly connected to support our global business operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of integration engineers and specialists
  • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and evolution of our integration platform
  • Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to define integration patterns, standards, and best practices
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of integration projects
  • Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements
  • Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures for the integration platform
  • Stay current with new integration technologies and trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in systems integration
  • 2+ years in management or lead role
  • Proven experience with major integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, TIBCO, or similar)
  • Deep understanding of various integration patterns, protocols, and technologies (e.g. SFTP, MFT, REST, SOAP, asynchronous messaging, event-driven architecture)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cloud-native platforms and hybrid integrations (cloud/on-prem)
  • Experience in the retail or convenience store industry
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for integration development
  • Knowledge of data governance and security principles as they apply to integrations
