Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Inpatient Case Management to join Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Florida. This full-time leadership role is based within the Inpatient Case Management Department at Baptist South. As a Manager of Inpatient Case Management, you will lead and support care management teams while ensuring high-quality, coordinated patient care across multiple facilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee daily operations of inpatient care management teams, including social workers and nurses, across adult, pediatric, and BMDA facilities
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for multidisciplinary staff
  • Report directly to the Executive Director of Care Coordination
  • Manage operations for Baptist South campus
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in care coordination

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of related experience in case management or healthcare leadership
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — required
  • Active Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) — required
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) — preferred
