We’re hiring a hands-on Manager, Influencer Marketing (Global) to support and execute our global creator strategy. This is a high-impact, execution-first role focused on driving buzz around major company and product moments, running creator campaigns end-to-end, and helping build repeatable operations and playbooks across key markets (US, UK/EU, AU, SG, HK). You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to scale influencer activity while learning to lead bigger strategic initiatives over time.
Job Responsibility:
Implement Airwallex’s influencer roadmap across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcasts, newsletters, and emerging platforms
Support campaign planning, launches, and adapt global briefs into market-specific activation plans
Oversee day-to-day campaign operations, including outreach, briefing, content tracking, approvals, and amplification
Coordinate content calendars and co-develop on-brand concepts with creators
Maintain creator databases and CRM entries, support sourcing and shortlists, and help establish workflows, templates, and playbooks for outreach, contracting, and content reviews
Coordinate with Legal/Finance to ensure smooth contracts and payments
Serve as operational point of contact for creator partners and agencies
Support contract negotiations and scope management under senior oversight
Ensure brand safety, disclosure, and content quality
Pull campaign metrics, prepare reports on reach and engagement, support A/B tests on formats, messaging, and creator tiers, and surface learnings to the senior team for optimization
Partner with Brand, Product Marketing, Social, PR, and Regional Marketing to integrate influencer activity into broader launches
Support internal education on best practices for influencer campaigns and content amplification
Requirements:
4–7 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, or digital marketing (experience at an agency, startup, or scale-up is a plus)
Hands-on experience running influencer campaigns end-to-end across multiple platforms
Solid relationship skills, comfortable interacting with creators, agents, and internal stakeholders
Strong project management and operational discipline (timelines, budgets, trackers)
Basic analytics skills, able to pull and interpret performance metrics, and make recommendations
Comfortable working across time zones and with regional teams

Nice to have:
Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, payments
Existing relationships with creators or agencies in key markets
Familiarity with creator tools and platforms
Experience supporting global or multi-market campaigns
