Job Responsibility

Lead end-to-end governance and enterprise delivery of the Australia Post Group RAP, ensuring clear accountability, disciplined delivery and measurable outcomes aligned to Post30 priorities
Establish and maintain fit-for-purpose, culturally safe RAP governance (including reporting cadence, risk and issue management, decision pathways and progress updates to senior leadership forums and, where required, the Board)
Engage and influence internal and external stakeholders in RAP execution and reporting (including EGMs and senior leaders, Indigenous employee networks and working groups, Reconciliation Australia, government stakeholders and community partners)
Provide strategic advice, tools and capability-building that enable culturally safe engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and Traditional Owners, ensuring appropriate protocols are followed and community insights inform decisions
