As a Manager in Training, you’ll work alongside your Store Manager to coach and lead a sales team while delivering exceptional in-store experiences. Job Responsibility:
Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance
Delivering exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product expertise
Achieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals
Championing our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation
Contributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits
Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for your team and customers
Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation
Requirements:
1–3 years of retail, sales or customer service experience
Experience in a team leadership, supervisory or mentoring capacity
A love of coaching others to succeed
A flair for storytelling and building genuine customer connections
Ability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends and late trade
A strong sense of accountability, professionalism, and personal pride
