The Manager in Training (MIT) program at Four Seasons is a thoughtfully crafted pathway for those ready to turn their education and ambition into meaningful leadership within a luxury hotel environment. Designed as a bridge between hospitality studies and real-world operations, this 12–18 month journey offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a confident, capable leader.
