Job Description:

The Manager in Training (MIT) program at Four Seasons is a thoughtfully crafted pathway for those ready to turn their education and ambition into meaningful leadership within a luxury hotel environment. Designed as a bridge between hospitality studies and real-world operations, this 12–18 month journey offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a confident, capable leader. Throughout the program, MIT participants will rotate through a variety of experiences within a chosen division while gaining exposure to the broader leadership landscape of the hotel. You’ll be entrusted with a strategic project, paired with a senior leader as your mentor, and supported through regular feedback and development conversations — all to help you thrive, not just succeed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Bring positive energy and genuine warmth to everything you do
  • Lead with integrity and purpose, demonstrating a strong work ethic and thoughtful decision-making
  • Learn, embody, and uphold Four Seasons service and cultural standards
  • Anticipate guest needs, actively seek feedback, and respond with care, urgency, and professionalism
  • Lead daily shift briefings and support the end-to-end training journey of new team members
  • Work collaboratively and discreetly, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Immerse yourself in the Four Seasons culture, values, and philosophy
  • Participate in — and at times lead — meetings and training sessions
  • Develop a deep understanding of all line-level roles within your department

Requirements:

  • Eligible working rights in Australia
  • Availability to work a full-time roster for the full duration of the program (up to 18 months)
  • One to two years’ experience in hospitality or a service-driven environment
  • Evidence of leadership through work experience, studies, or extracurricular involvement
  • A genuine passion for growth, learning, and building a long-term career with Four Seasons
  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice to have:

  • An upcoming or recent qualification in Hospitality Management
  • Internal Four Seasons experience, strong performance, and demonstrated potential
  • Additional languages
What we offer:
  • Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package
  • Excellent Training and Development opportunities
  • Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resort
  • Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms
