The Manager in Training (MIT) program at Four Seasons is a thoughtfully designed pathway for individuals eager to transform their education, passion, and curiosity into impactful leadership within a world-class dining environment. Created to bridge hospitality studies with the dynamic reality of Food & Beverage operations, this 12–18 month journey offers immersive, hands-on experience, meaningful mentorship, and the foundation to grow into a confident and inspiring leader.

Requirements

  • Eligible working rights in Australia
  • Availability to work a full-time roster for the duration of the program (up to 18 months)
  • One to two years’ experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality, or a service-driven environment
  • Evidence of leadership demonstrated through work experience, studies, or extracurricular involvement
  • A genuine passion for guest experience, learning, and building a lasting career with the Four Seasons brand
  • Strong communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • An upcoming or recent qualification in Hospitality Management is an advantage
  • Internal Four Seasons experience, strong performance, and demonstrated potential are highly valued
  • Additional languages considered an asset
