Job Responsibility:

Developing and executing strategic plans that align with the company’s goals to drive sustainable growth within the Immunizations portfolio
Analyzing market trends, and customer and colleague feedback to identify opportunities
Supporting development and implementation of short- and long-term roadmaps that enable the organization to deliver on its strategic priorities
Developing strategic perspectives on new and existing capabilities
Developing pilots/tests to determine effectiveness of tactics and make recommendations for the future roadmaps in the portfolio

Requirements:

3+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development)
2+ years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps and/or bringing technology solutions to life
Ability to travel up to 10% of time, on an as needed basis
Bachelor's degree required

Nice to have:

Experience in healthcare services (e.g., pharmacy, hospitals/health systems, primary care)
Pharmacy operations experience
