Under the general direction of the Regional Sales & Marketing Director, Asia Pacific, this position will be responsible for providing administrative, analytical and operational support for the APAC Business Development team. You will be responsible for the effectiveness and productivity of the APAC Sales team.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for leading the APAC Sales Support Team and establishing aligned regional sales support functions and processes
Coordination, tabulation of rates and questionnaire for regional RFI/RFQ/tender or global RFI/RFQ/tender which involve any APAC countries
Act as the regional Salesforce (CRM) administrator and support the APAC BD team, resolve any user issues, assist in dashboard, report and campaigns creation
Enable sales data analysis and maintain user/account management
Facilitate and support consistent and relevant sales campaigns as well as provide data analysis and related reports for tracking
Provide general administrative assistance to the regional sales team and its different roles and functions
Any other assigned support duties by management
Prepare regional monthly and ad-hoc reports on sales team performance and provide pre-analysis and insights for data-driven decisions

Responsible for the data maintenance and due diligence of the regional sales incentive program – data checks, maintenance & reports for in collaboration with the regional management and team leaders

Contribute to team and organizational wide discussions by sharing ideas, experiences and recommendations around improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the business

Managing remote business relationships and supporting Regional Business Development Director during periods of travel/on road sales
Requirements:
5-10 years of sales and marketing experience in a related industry (ideally logistics and distribution, life sciences)
Sound experience in a customer service or administrative role
Advanced experience in Salesforce/CRM software, preferably having ADM301 certification
Advanced experience in Microsoft Power BI business intelligence and data visualization tool
Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
