Job Responsibility

  • responsibility for the countrywide coordination and improvement of the clinical trail settlements process
  • performing clinical trial settlements (local and global) and financial analyses
  • monitoring the work of Accounts Receivables Specialists and giving opinion in discussions regarding centralization questions and changes in workflows and processes
  • recruiting, training and supporting Team members in their day-to-day work
  • collaboration with Pratia sites, financial departments, and external counterparties
  • preparing FM guidelines, and generating financial/operational reports
  • cooperation with research sites and internal departments such as Controlling, Accounting, and Receivables
  • monitoring timely submission of clinical trial calculations by counterparties

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in clinical trials
  • university degree in finance, accounting, etc
  • previous experience in managerial responsibilities
  • experience in working with people of various backgrounds and characters, with strong focus on team building
  • experience in protocol and contracts review
  • experience in the workflows of clinical study sites and their staff
  • experience in collecting and presenting data related to own responsibilities
  • high proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • ability to learn quickly, multitask, planning and organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills and quality decision-making skills
  • fluent English
  • ability to travel domestically and internationally
