The Human Resources Manager will lead and execute a broad range of HR functions to ensure efficient operations and a positive employee experience within a professional accounting firm environment. This role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, providing both tactical and operational guidance across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll and benefits oversight, and HR programs. The HR Manager acts as a trusted advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business goals while maintaining high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and service.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
Proficiency in HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) or advanced degree preferred
