Job Description:

Key regional role focused on driving high-impact HR system enhancement and implementation projects. Primary steward for core HR systems, translating business needs into system requirements to empower HR teams across the region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the key steward for the in-house HR system and other related HR applications, ensuring their smooth operation, optimization, and alignment with organizational goals
  • Drive system enhancement and optimization projects to improve the efficiency and capability of global HR teams
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements
  • Translate business needs into functional system requirements and ensure proper configuration
  • Support and coordinate HR system-related projects, including rollout, user testing, and documentation
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across all systems
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making and compliance requirements
  • Provide ongoing guidance, training, and support to HR users and employees on system usage
  • Ensure all HR systems comply with internal policies and external regulations, monitoring data privacy and security protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations or HRIS management
  • Proven experience leading system implementation or transformation projects is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in HR systems administration and enhancement projects
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Trilingual proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
