Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and evolve HRBP Services within VOIS. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and driving service excellence, ensuring operational KPIs, and managing budgets and P&L. The individual will champion innovative strategies to expand HRBP services across Vodafone markets, foster strong partner relationships, and promote a CSO-led service model. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, and digital adoption to scale service delivery globally.

Job Responsibility

  • Shape and drive future-fit HRBP service excellence aligned with KPIs, budgets, and service schedules
  • Promote a CSO-led service model, ensuring quality assurance, governance, and issue resolution
  • Manage P&L through commercially viable, value-adding services
  • Influence stakeholders to support expansion opportunities and empower teams to simplify services through continuous improvement and accelerated SAP and enterprise platform adoption
  • Build and nurture relationships to position VOIS as a trusted service provider and enhance partner satisfaction
  • Collaborate with CFSL leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver desired outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong HR knowledge combined with solid business acumen
  • Deep understanding of service optimisation and risk mitigation in a global matrix organisation
  • Skilled in stakeholder influence and consultative engagement with a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and executive-level presentations

  • Professional qualification in Human Resources
