Job Description:

The Manager - HR Shared Services leads the operational delivery of HRCG's HR operations function within a high-touch, fast paced outsourced HR services model. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, compliant, and high-quality administration of HR operational services including benefits administration, leave administration, employee lifecycle transactions, compliance reporting and tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operational support for clients. The Manager - Shared Services oversees and develops the human resource operations team while ensuring consistent, accurate, and responsive service delivery across a diverse client base throughout the U.S. This role is responsible for building scalable processes, establishing service level agreements (SLAs), implementing operational metrics, and driving continuous improvement across HR workflows and systems.

  • Ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality administration of HR operational services including benefits administration, leave administration, employee lifecycle transactions, compliance reporting and tracking, onboarding/offboarding, and HR operational support for clients

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Human Resource Management or related subject
  • Professional certification - PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP
  • 5-10 years' of progressive HR operations experience preferably in a shared services environment, HR Consulting firm, or outsourced HR services organization
  • Prior managerial experience and strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop staff
  • Must have experience in benefits and leave administration
  • Technical proficiency in HCM, MS Office, Teams, reporting tools, and digital collaboration tools
  • Solid understanding of HR operational processes, workflows, and compliance requirements
  • Ability to evaluate and improve processes for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • High level of client service orientation and responsiveness
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Deep knowledge of multi-state HR regulations, leave laws, benefits, I-9 requirements, ACA, Worker's Compensation and recordkeeping standards.
