Job Title: Manager - HR & Admin Reporting To: Corporate HR

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including facilities, housekeeping, security, transport, and vendor management
  • Manage administrative vendors, contracts, and service agreements
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws such as Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, PF, ESI, CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus, and Minimum Wages
  • Handle statutory filings, registers, inspections, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with government authorities and ensure timely renewal of licenses, registrations, and statutory certificates
  • Coordinate with legal consultants on labour cases, notices, disputes, and legal documentation
  • Support implementation of new labour codes and statutory changes
  • Maintain workplace discipline and ensure adherence to company policies and standing orders
  • Handle employee grievances, complaints, and employee relations issues
  • Support management in dispute resolution and disciplinary proceedings
  • Act as HRBP for assigned functions and support manpower planning and deployment
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits
  • Support PMS cycles, performance reviews, and policy implementation
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and HR communication
  • Maintain employee records, HR MIS, dashboards, and reports
  • Ensure accurate updates in HRMS (HROne or similar systems)
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR and compliance
