Job Responsibility:

  • Inspire and manage a dedicated team to deliver high-quality disability services
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities for your team
  • Take ownership of key management responsibilities including budgets, rosters, and team performance

  • Navigate and lead multiple systems, ensuring effective coordination and communication

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a middle management role
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as a Diploma in Individual Support, Cert IV in Individual Support/Business Management, or equivalent
  • Strong passion for human rights, outstanding customer service, and creating lasting positive change through leadership
  • Thrive on mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Lead with empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of diverse perspectives
