Job Description:

Manager, Health and Wellbeing position at Marriott International HQ. Responsibilities include overseeing health and welfare programs, leveraging data for engagement strategies, developing global wellbeing resources, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee the management, administration and program development of the U.S. health and welfare programs ensuring compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Leverage data to monitor engagement strategies for benefits and global well-being initiatives
  • Develop tools and resources to support physical, mental and financial wellbeing globally
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote health and welfare programs, drive engagement, and support holistic well-being
  • Manage all onsite and near-site resources and health coaches and use data to develop strategies to help associates get well and stay well
  • Perform financial and data analyses to support U.S. and global benefits and wellbeing
  • Responsible for ensuring all required filings, disclosures and Plan documents are filed timely, updated and maintained for accuracy, including SPDs, SMMs, SBC, DOL/HIPAA breach and Medicare filings
  • Stay current on all health and welfare policy development including regulatory changes, and develop content to communicate to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in managing health + welfare benefits for complex organizations
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently to make important decisions on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong critical thinking analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management, prioritization, organization, and follow-through skills
