Job Description:

Serves as a property Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, resolving guest issues, and managing service quality. Responsible for implementing projects, policies, and improving customer service while managing teams and maintaining standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations
  • represents property management in resolving guest-related situations
  • handles tracking of service issues
  • supervises and manages employees
  • develops specific goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work
  • handles guest complaints and disputes
  • ensures guest satisfaction

  • participates in employee performance appraisals and progressive discipline procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
