Job Description:

We’re looking for a Manager, GTM Technology to help Webflow scale revenue through best-in-class go-to-market and partner systems. In this role, you’ll own and evolve the systems that power our customer lifecycle from acquisition and expansion to renewal, ensuring our GTM teams can operate efficiently, make data-driven decisions, and deliver measurable impact. You’ll focus on driving optimization and stability of our GTM technology stack, identifying opportunities to unlock scale, and translating business strategy into durable, extensible systems. This role is equal parts strategic and hands-on: you’ll innovate, experiment, and build scalable frameworks that support each stage of the revenue journey, ensuring Webflow’s GTM motion grows with speed, clarity, and confidence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and evolve the go-to-market systems stack (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and related tools) to support sales, revenue, and partner motions
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of Salesforce developers, solution architects, admins, and business systems analysts
  • Partner closely with RevOps and go-to-market teams as the primary systems leader and strategic advisor
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of small, medium, and large initiatives, ensuring on-time execution and high-quality outcomes
  • Lead hands-on execution for large, transformational programs while setting standards for scalable process and technical design
  • Establish and run effective delivery practices, acting as a pseudo Scrum Master to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and keep teams aligned

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in business systems, revenue systems, or go-to-market technology roles
  • 3+ years of people management experience, leading technical or cross-functional teams
  • Deep experience with Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools (e.g., Clari, Outreach, CPQ, marketing or partner systems)
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional systems initiatives at scale
  • Strong understanding of sales, revenue operations, and partner workflows

Nice to have:

  • Think strategically while staying hands-on, especially for high-impact or transformational initiatives
  • Communicate clearly and influence effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Balance speed and quality, bringing structure and pragmatism to ambiguous problems
  • Enjoy building, coaching, and empowering high-performing teams
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
What we offer:
  • Ownership in what you help build. Every permanent Webflower receives equity (RSUs) in our growing, privately held company
  • Health coverage that actually covers you. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees and their dependents, with Webflow covering most premiums
  • Support for every stage of family life. 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents and 6+ weeks of additional paid leave for birthing parents. Plus inclusive care for family planning, menopause, and midlife transitions
  • Time off that’s actually off. Flexible vacation, paid holidays, and a sabbatical program to help you recharge and come back inspired
  • Wellness for the whole you. Access to mental health resources, therapy and coaching
  • Invest in your future. A 401(k) with 100% employer match (up to $6,000/year) in the U.S., and support for retirement savings globally
  • Monthly stipends that flex with your life. Localized support for work and wellness expenses — from Wi-Fi to workouts
  • Bonus for building together. All full-time, permanent, non-commission employees are eligible for our annual WIN bonus program
