Join our team as the Manager of GTM Strategy & Forecasting, where you'll drive strategic growth and development for our global sales organization. Job Responsibility:
Own the Revenue organization’s forecasting motion across all essential metrics: New & Expansion Bookings, Churn & Contraction, New Logos acquired, etc.
Partner with the EVP of Sales to develop a more predictable Sales motion, backing up Sales leadership forecasting efforts with scientific models that extrapolate historicals and anticipate future results to determine where the organization will land the month/quarter/year
Work with Revenue organization leadership to finetune the team’s Operational Rhythm and lead regular cadences related to Revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis
Collaborate with central Analytics resources to build insightful dashboarding in BI tools that exposes essential trends in creation and progression of Sales pipeline
Partner with Marketing leaders to analyze top-of-funnel performance trends and connect it with overall Go-to-Market results
Build and own company reporting on discounting trends
develop Strategy changes to improve discounting practices throughout the Revenue organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, including Marketing, Finance, Analytics, Partnerships, Product, Business Development, and Corporate Development
Identify opportunities to increase Sales & Marketing productivity and predictability across all commercial lines of business
Transform big data into strategic insights for actionable decision-making
Extracting insights from complex data sets and translating them into actionable recommendations and actions
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or similar domains
Proven track record in managing and executing complex projects from initiation to completion
Ability to build, implement and maintain scalable top-to-bottom forecasting models that drive the Revenue and Marketing orgs toward predictable growth
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze Sales and Marketing data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Experience designing and implementing sales programs, initiatives, and strategies to drive growth and productivity
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency with Salesforce is required
SQL data analysis capabilities are a plus
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business environment
