A Compensation Analyst at LogicMonitor’s role is to support the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs that drive fair, competitive, and performance-based pay practices. The goals of the role include maintaining accurate market benchmarking data, supporting compensation review cycles, enabling data-driven decision-making, and leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance compensation operations and insights, in alignment with the People team’s strategy and company growth objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Administer and maintain participation in external compensation surveys and benchmarking tools
Maintain and update internal compensation databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Support the execution of compensation review cycles, including data preparation, validation, and analysis
Analyze internal and external compensation data to develop market-aligned recommendations
Partner with HR Business Partners to evaluate compensation requests and provide actionable insights
Conduct analyses related to pay equity, retention risk, and pay-for-performance alignment
Collaborate with Finance, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to ensure alignment and accuracy of compensation data
Support employee-facing aspects of equity and total rewards programs
Assist in preparing materials and documentation for compensation-related meetings and governance processes
Generate and maintain reports for compensation planning, talent reviews, and ad hoc analysis
Partner with HRIS teams to support compensation structures and system enhancements in Workday
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance compensation operations efficiency
Apply AI-driven tools and methodologies to streamline compensation workflows, improve data analysis, and enhance reporting capabilities
Identify opportunities to leverage AI for predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and decision support within total rewards programs
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in compensation, finance, human resources, or a related analytical field is required
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, maintain high levels of accuracy, and support compensation processes in a fast-paced environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Knowledge of compensation principles, benchmarking practices, and market data sources
Familiarity with compensation survey tools (e.g., Radford) and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is preferred
Understanding of pay-for-performance philosophy and total rewards concepts
Foundational understanding of AI applications in HR, people analytics, or business operations is preferred
