BRIDGE is hiring a Manager, Growth & Demand Generation to own lead generation and pipeline growth. This role will build and scale our demand engine across paid media, organic social, lifecycle nurture, events/webinars, and partner initiatives—turning campaigns into qualified leads, sales opportunities, and revenue. Success is measured by pipeline generated, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Job Responsibility:
Own BRIDGE’s end-to-end demand generation strategy across inbound and outbound channels
Build and run multi-channel acquisition programs (LinkedIn, Google/YouTube, Meta, and emerging channels)
Develop persona-based campaigns and offers that convert into meetings and opportunities
Manage CRM and marketing database (15,000+ contacts): segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, routing, and nurture
Lead demand-driving webinars, events, thought leadership, and conversion follow-up programs
Partner with Sales to support robust annual pipeline generation through targeted growth initiatives
Manage budgets, forecasting, and performance benchmarks to maximize ROI
Create dashboards and reporting to track funnel performance: leads → SQLs → pipeline
Champion experimentation and continuous optimization across channels and campaigns
Present results, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements:
6+ years in demand gen, growth marketing, or performance marketing (B2B preferred)
Proven success generating measurable pipeline through multi-channel programs
