Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in demand generation or digital marketing within B2B or hybrid tech-enabled services
  • 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a multi-brand or shared services environment
  • Proven expertise across paid media, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and performance analytics
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and sales alignment
  • Demonstrated success in owning pipeline contribution, campaign ROI, and revenue impact
  • Experience working globally across regions, cultures, and time zones
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence teams (directly and indirectly) across digital marketing disciplines
  • Track record of delivering high-quality campaign execution and operational excellence
