Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Network Planning, the Manager, Global Supply Planning is responsible for supporting and managing the end-to-end (E2E) supply planning activities for Cabaletta Bio's cell and gene therapy supply chain. This includes supporting clinical and commercial manufacturing at Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMO's), internal production of material supporting product release, and biorepository forecasting.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete the monthly supply planning cycle, including crafting and updating 36-month supply plans and identifying key supply decisions
  • Conduct replenishment planning at external partners in support of all manufacturing requirements in coordination with Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supplier Management
  • Prepare supply planning input for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle
  • Maintain all supply-related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems, managing product lifecycle changes
  • Participate in design and implementation of new ERP system
  • Assist in translating KPI Supply Chain metrics into actionable tasks in collaboration with CMC and VST
  • Identify and implement key supply chain related initiatives with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Preferred concentration in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management/Sciences)
  • 5-7 years of supply chain experience with a strong focus on supply planning
  • Relevant supply chain planning experience in autologous
  • APICS or similar certification preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience with ERP system, preferably NetSuite
  • Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA etc), GMP manufacturing and GMP storage requirements.
