As a Global Strategy Manager, you will report into the Global Director of Strategy & Transformation and have regular exposure to the full Executive Leadership Team. In this role, you will help shape the long-term direction and growth of our business. You will partner closely and directly with various leaders in the business to drive strategic initiatives, evaluate opportunities, and facilitate strategic decision making. A successful candidate has strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, is creative, and communicates with confidence and precision.
Job Responsibility:
Develop data driven insights on market trends, consumer behavior, competitive insights, and emerging retail practices
Evaluate new growth opportunities including but not limited to new market entry, format innovation, partnerships, M&A
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business and support business areas in translating their strategies to clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
Build financial business cases to support strategic recommendations
Prepare presentations for executive leadership and board level communications

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, MBA viewed as an asset
3-5 years in management consulting or a similar internal strategy & transformation role
Experience in retail, consumer-goods, QSR, or supply chain is preferred
Proven ability to clearly communicate complicated topics to senior leadership
Strong financial modelling abilities
Experience building & facilitating strategy workshop sessions
Current and valid passport is required, with a willingness to travel globally as needed
