Job Description

The Manager of Global Stock Plans plays a key role in managing the company’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) and global stock plans that enable the Company to attract and retain top talent. The Manager will partner with the Sr. Manager, Executive Compensation to administer all aspects of the Company’s stock plans.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the Sr. Manager, Executive Compensation with administration of all aspects of the Company’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan and global stock plans including recordkeeping administration, accounting, taxation, compliance, and audit processes
  • Partner with the Sr. Manager, Executive Compensation to manage vendor relationships and external partners to administer global stock plans
  • Provide individual and Company stock plan information to internal partners for various HR, finance and tax-related data needs and projects
  • Ensure ESPP, and all stock plans and programs are in compliance with regulations and federal and state laws
  • Maintain up to date stock plan communications and legal documents such as grant agreements, stock plan prospectuses, and other plan documents
  • Assist with executive compensation on various data reporting and proxy reporting needs
  • Manage projects and perform other duties as assigned such as the executive compensation department’s efforts to comply with regulations in 130+ countries
  • Coordinate and implement a variety of stock plan initiatives as assigned
  • Resolve issues that cannot be resolved by the plan’s recordkeepers

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of stock plan experience with a track record of progressive responsibility
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power-Point)
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong project management and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation or willingness to pursue
  • Proficiency with Oracle HRIS and/or Fidelity Stock Plan Services
  • Possess critical thinking to evaluate strategies and develop recommendations
  • Excellent data management and analysis skills
  • ability to review and analyze complex data
