Job Description

Adyen is seeking a Manager, Global Mobility who is excited to join the Global People team to contribute to the growth and scale of the company. This role will partner closely with HR teams, Recruiting teams, Business Leadership, and External Partners to drive and set the direction of our Global Mobility strategy which seeks to enable the business and fuel the growth of our employees. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational insights into the design, structure, and support of our mobility efforts which are focused on relocation and immigration matters, and set the direction for and grow the mobility team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in global mobility and/or human resources, and leading teams required
  • A builder who embraces the science and art of building and applies both to creating something unique that is truly Adyen
  • An analytical thinker with high data literacy and ability to transform data into actionable guidance that supports the Adyen business
  • Someone who understands the complexities of immigration, tax, compensation, and benefits for international assignments
