You’ll join a driven team focused on turning digital care solutions into commercial success, with a particular focus on nursing care in the Business Division Incontinence. This is not a product owner role – it’s about bringing solutions to market, supporting implementation with customers, and making sure they deliver real value once they’re live. In this hands-on commercial role, you’ll work closely with local sales and marketing teams, support customer onboarding and rollouts, and stay involved after launch to drive adoption and impact. You’ll translate feedback from customers and markets into concrete improvements, helping digital solutions succeed in the real world.
Job Responsibility:
Help bring our digital healthcare solutions in the Business Division Incontinence to life – from shaping go-to-market ideas to supporting launches in real markets
Work hands-on with local sales teams to prepare customer conversations, support implementations and drive sales execution
Stay close to the business: track sales results, follow key KPIs and turn insights into concrete actions
Gather customer and market feedback and help continuously improve how we sell and adapt our digital solutions
Work across teams – with global business, digital experts and local markets – to make launches successful and scalable
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
MBA is a plus
5-7 years of experience in commercialization, sales, digital business or strategy, ideally in healthcare or B2B digital solutions
A strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in bringing digital solutions to markets
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and international markets
The ability to turn market and customer needs into clear input for digital product development
A self-driven, hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership and flexibility to travel
Fluent in English, German is beneficial
