Job Responsibility:

Manage initiative integration with our broader Front Store category business
Explore store specific sales results to uncover hidden trends and white space opportunities
Consult with our Category Merchandising team on financially driven assortment recommendations
Research the distinct financials surrounding our Store Brands portfolio
Analyze ad-hoc business cases
Track ongoing project deliverables across multiple time horizons
Share findings to our Leadership team to improve results and drive greater insights

Requirements:

Retail or CPG industry experience with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
5+ years experience providing P&L oversight and analysis
5+ years of Retail ERP systems and Microsoft Excel experience required
5+ years experience organizing and managing large data sets in a fast-paced retail environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Ability to prioritize effectively to multi-task under tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work independently, pro-actively and being naturally inquisitive
