As Manager of FP&A at Mindbody, you won’t just crunch numbers—you’ll shape the decisions that drive our business forward. Leading a high-performing team of analysts, you’ll work cross-functionally to inform strategy, optimize performance, and build the models that power our growth. This role is part finance expert, part business partner, and part strategist. You’ll embed within teams, bring clarity to complexity, and turn data into insight that drives impact.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and mentor a team of analysts (2), overseeing workstreams, career development, and workload balance
Drive annual budgeting and long-range financial planning for the organization
Serve as a strategic partner to operational teams, helping unlock performance through financial insight
Build scenario models and business cases that guide decision-making and support new initiatives
Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for optimization and growth
Deliver actionable, data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business
Influence priorities across departments through financial storytelling and insight
Champion best practices in financial analysis, modeling, and operational rigor
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in strategic finance, management consulting, or investment banking, ideally within SaaS or tech
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
experience with SQL, BI tools, and ERP systems preferred
Proven track record in building models, running analyses, and developing business cases that influence strategic decisions
2+ years of people leadership, with experience guiding both early-career and senior analysts
Strong proficiency in large-scale data analysis, scenario planning, and financial forecasting
Executive-level communication skills with a clear ability to influence and align stakeholders
Known for problem solving—you thrive on building better, smarter solutions
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
