Job Responsibility

Define the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Oracle ERP Fusion migration projects in collaboration with stakeholders

Configure and support ERP modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounting Hub, Chart of Accounts structures and financial hierarchies, Financial Close & Consolidation, Enterprise Data Management
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups) ensuring adherence to SAFe Agile practices
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical constraints
Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders to communicate project updates, milestones, risks, and mitigations
Oversee change management activities, including training, support, and user adoption strategies
Collaborate with IT and business leaders to address issues, develop new solutions, and maximize ROI from ERP investments
