Job Description

We’re looking for a Manager, Financial Operations to lead the day-to-day delivery of our Consumer Finance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll bring structure, consistency, and control to high-volume operational processes—ensuring every transaction is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and support teams across administration and financial operations
  • Ensure work is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with compliance requirements
  • Oversee end-to-end account processes
  • Maintain strong control over financial activities such as reconciliations, cash allocation, and transaction processing
  • Act as an escalation point for complex operational and customer matters
  • Drive consistency in processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk
  • Partner with stakeholders across the business to support smooth, connected operations
  • Coach and develop your team, building capability, accountability, and performance

Requirements

  • Experience leading operational teams within financial services or a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of account lifecycle processes and financial transactions
  • Background in reconciliations, transactional finance, or accounts operations
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-focused workflows
  • A hands-on leadership style with a focus on coaching and team development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and confidence in decision making
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and control

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer finance or operational finance environments

  • Assists in the month end and year end financial close processes (i.e. general ledger account reconciliations, batch review and approvals, compliance monitoring)
