Job Responsibility:
Shape the digital transformation of leading banks and service providers by planning, launching, and successfully executing wide-ranging IT projects with clients
Manage internal and external teams and combine pertinent industry and IT know-how with agile project management methods to ensure smooth implementation of digital transformation processes
During the design, assessment, and optimization of IT architectures, be responsible for coordinating teams, organizing and leading discussions with top client management, and providing key impetus with a view toward current market developments and trends
Requirements:
Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline with above-average results
At least six years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and the realization of operative and strategic transformation and implementation projects in the banking or financial services sector
Experienced project team leader—including on the client side
Efficient resource planning and motivational employee leadership
Familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes, with a focus on the financial industry
Know how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
Good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both German and English
